We're thankful to partner with a team of great production companies around the USA to bring your Flower and Vine products to life! Because of this, some products may ship separately depending on which vendor produces the product! Standard shipping times are 4-7 business days. If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please email info@flowerandvine.com
If possible, we will always try to re-use shipping boxes and shipping materials -- please anticipate that your order may arrive in a pre-used box as we consider the environment.
PRODUCTION
All products are digitally printed on their respective materials using high quality digital printing presses. If you have any questions or issues with the quality of your products, please send an email including your order number and photo of the issue to info@flowerandvine.com

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM PROJECTS?
It depends on the season! I typically take on custom paintings in the spring and summer, and take a break in the fall. Feel free to email us anytime at info@flowerandvine.com, or look at the "CUSTOM" portion of our website here to see if we're currently accepting new projects.
DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM WEDDING DESIGNS AND INVITATION SUITES?
No. While we initially got started by creating custom wedding crests and artwork for brides or other stationery stores, we no longer create custom designs. Instead, we've channeled our energy to creating our line of ready to go invitations that can be viewed here. These invitations and paper products range from wedding suites to customizable stationery to holiday photo cards and calendars. We think you'll love playing around with the "plug and chug" portal by which you can change fonts, add text etc to create your unique paper goods! Check out our line of ready to go stationery here.
